Our lead consultant and founder Jackie G Michaels has a Psychology degree from Brunel University. She is an experienced Vocational Assessor; Mental Health First Aider and a Verifier for London Healthy Workplace Charter. Before starting the consultancy in 2004 she had a successful career in the commercial sector in Human Resources and Training.

Jackie is a sought after speaker and her mission is to support leaders in developing positive workplaces and lifestyles.

Health and Wellbeing Consultant

Jenni is a health and wellbeing expert with over 16 years experience. She is a well-respected reflexologist and yoga teacher helping 1000’s of people overcome stress-related health problems so they feel better and stay better. Jenni also runs workshops on improving sleep and managing stress and anxiety. Her previous background in offshore incorporations in the City means she understands the challenges of the workplace and gives practical realistic advice to clients and companies to improve their wellbeing.

Her encouraging, nonjudgmental and non-demanding approach provides a positive addition to our signature wellness days
